Terms of Use

These terms, together with Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), govern your use of the Wardi app and Wardi Plus. Wardi is published by Anas Alradhwan, an independent developer based in Kuwait and the seller shown on its App Store page (“we”, “us”). By using Wardi you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled. If these terms and the Standard EULA conflict, the Standard EULA governs your licence to use the app itself.

1. What Wardi is

Wardi is a private period calendar with cycle predictions, reminders, a prayer and fasting status, and short lessons and cards about periods and health.

2. Health information

Wardi gives general information, not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Predictions of periods, ovulation and fertile days are estimates from what you log and can be wrong, especially when cycles are irregular. Wardi is not a contraceptive and can't tell you when you can't get pregnant. Talk to a doctor about any health concern, and don't delay seeing one because of something in the app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number; Wardi lists the Gulf numbers in Me → Emergency numbers.

3. Prayer and fasting

Wardi's prayer and fasting status is a tracking aid based on the published rulings of the four schools of law. It is not a fatwa. For your own situation, ask a scholar you trust.

4. Wardi Plus

Wardi Plus comes as a yearly subscription (with a free week for people eligible for it), a monthly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy, and may differ by country.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and the renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Wardi Plus stays on until the end of the period you've paid for.
If you buy a subscription during a free week, the rest of the free week ends.
Wardi Plus can be shared with your Family Sharing group.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).
Logging, predictions for your next periods, the prayer status, reminders, widgets and the lock stay free.

5. Your data and your device

What you log stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). Keep your phone's passcode and any backup password safe: we can't recover your data or a lost backup password.

6. Using Wardi

Wardi is for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, sell or misuse its content, or try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the app or our server. The cards, lessons, pictures and the flamingo are ours or used under licence.

7. Changes

We may update Wardi and these terms. If we make an important change, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

8. Liability

Wardi is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made on the basis of predictions or information in the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. If you use Wardi as a consumer, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live when that law allows it.

تحكم هذه الشروط، مع اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple («الاتفاقية القياسية»)، استخدامك لتطبيق وردي ووردي بلس. ينشر تطبيقَ وردي Anas Alradhwan، وهو مطوّر مستقل مقيم في الكويت والبائع الظاهر في صفحة التطبيق على App Store («نحن»). باستخدامك وردي فإنك توافقين على هذه الشروط. وتشرح سياسة الخصوصية كيف تُعامل البيانات. وإذا تعارضت هذه الشروط مع الاتفاقية القياسية، فالاتفاقية القياسية هي التي تحكم ترخيص استخدام التطبيق نفسه.

١. ما هو وردي

وردي تقويم دورة خاص، فيه توقعات الدورة، والتذكيرات، وحالة الصلاة والصيام، ودروس وبطاقات قصيرة عن الدورة والصحة.

٢. المعلومات الصحية

يقدّم وردي معلومات عامة، وليس استشارة طبية ولا تشخيصًا ولا علاجًا. توقعات الدورة والتبويض وأيام الخصوبة تقديرات مما تسجّلينه وقد تخطئ، خاصة إذا كانت الدورة غير منتظمة. وردي ليس وسيلة لمنع الحمل، ولا يستطيع أن يخبرك متى لا يمكن أن يحدث الحمل. استشيري الطبيبة في أي أمر صحي، ولا تؤخّري زيارتها بسبب شيء في التطبيق. في الحالات الطارئة، اتصلي برقم الطوارئ في بلدك؛ وتجدين أرقام دول الخليج في أنا ← أرقام الطوارئ.

٣. الصلاة والصيام

حالة الصلاة والصيام في وردي أداة للمتابعة مبنية على الأحكام المنشورة في المذاهب الأربعة، وليست فتوى. اسألي عالمًا تثقين به عن حالتك.

٤. وردي بلس

يتوفر وردي بلس باشتراك سنوي (مع أسبوع مجاني لمن يحق لها ذلك)، أو اشتراك شهري، أو شراء مرة واحدة مدى الحياة. تظهر الأسعار في التطبيق وعلى App Store قبل الشراء، وقد تختلف من بلد لآخر.
يُخصم المبلغ من حساب Apple الخاص بك عند التأكيد. ويتجدد الاشتراك تلقائيًا ما لم يُلغَ قبل نهاية الفترة الحالية بـ ٢٤ ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم التجديد خلال الـ ٢٤ ساعة الأخيرة من الفترة.
يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات. الإلغاء يوقف التجديد التالي، ويبقى وردي بلس مفعّلًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة.
إذا اشتريتِ اشتراكًا خلال الأسبوع المجاني، ينتهي ما تبقى منه.
يمكن مشاركة وردي بلس مع مجموعة المشاركة العائلية الخاصة بك.
تتولى Apple طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتها (reportaproblem.apple.com).
يبقى مجانيًا: التسجيل، وتوقع دوراتك القادمة، وحالة الصلاة، والتذكيرات، والأدوات (الويدجت)، والقفل.

٥. بياناتك وجهازك

ما تسجّلينه يبقى في جهازك (انظري سياسة الخصوصية). احفظي رمز جوالك وكلمة سر أي نسخة احتياطية جيدًا: لا نستطيع استعادة بياناتك ولا كلمة سر نسخة احتياطية ضائعة.

٦. استخدام وردي

وردي لاستخدامك الشخصي غير التجاري. يُرجى عدم نسخ محتواه أو بيعه أو إساءة استخدامه، أو محاولة تعطيل التطبيق أو خادمنا أو إثقاله أو تفكيكه. البطاقات والدروس والصور والفلامنغو ملك لنا أو مستخدمة بترخيص.

٧. التغييرات

قد نحدّث وردي وهذه الشروط. وإذا أجرينا تغييرًا مهمًا، سنحدّث هذه الصفحة والتاريخ في أعلاها.

٨. المسؤولية

يُقدَّم وردي «كما هو». وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا نتحمل مسؤولية الخسائر غير المباشرة أو التبعية، ولا القرارات المبنية على التوقعات أو المعلومات الموجودة في التطبيق. ولا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجيز القانون تحديدها.

٩. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الكويت. وإذا كنتِ تستخدمين وردي بصفتك مستهلكة، فلا يُسقط ذلك حماية قوانين المستهلك الإلزامية في البلد الذي تقيمين فيه، ويمكنك رفع دعوى أمام محاكم بلدك متى أجاز ذلك القانون.
